Royal Mail Signed For (2-3 working days): £4.95

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Guarantee: £7.50*

*order before 1 pm Monday-Friday, not guaranteed for Saturday delivery.

Friday 22nd of December via Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed only

International orders:

We ship worldwide.

All international orders are shipped with FedEx.

Import Duty

If you order Goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.

 

Missing, Damaged or Delays with delivery

Otiumberg is not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address and signed for by the customer. It is the customer's personal custody once it has left the Otiumberg premises.

Your tracking reference can be found on your shipping notification email from Otiumberg.

Amending an Order

If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) of your order please contact us immediately contact@otiumberg.com as once an order has been shipped they cannot be cancelled or amended.

Please Note

  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings (or any other pierced jewellery).

  • Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.

  • We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.

  • Otiumberg does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

  • Please be sure to include your order number when returning the piece. 

  • Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Otiumberg.

  • Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.

  • Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.

  • Otiumberg does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

  • Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
